- 2 zucchini, cut lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Toss zucchini with oil, salt and pepper, and grill.

A recipe for grilled zucchini that basically says "grill the zucchini" is not really a recipe. How about telling people how long to grill it? If it were obvious, you wouldn't have so many people who burn what they cook. Yes, it says "15 minutes", but give people an idea of how high to turn the burner if gas, how the zucchini should look, etc.
