I used 3 scotch bonnet peppers A little to much heat it took away from the rest of the flavor.

I thought that this recipe was very easy. The chicken was moist and juicy do to the marinated. I would make this one again. New Family Favorite.

I really like spicy food so it did hit that spot. I'm use to how the jamaicans make it though so it wasn't as good as I would have liked.

I've been searching for a real Jerk Chicken recipe. I think this may be it! But I have one question about the recipe: "6 pimento 'seeds' (allspice" or "6 'whole' allspice"?

I have made this recipe three times and loved it each time. I want to send this recipe to my son and future daughter in law.

I was worried and concerned when I went to find it to make it again, and found that to my horror, that I had lost it. I was concerned since I new the episode that it came from is no longer being televised. Thanks for making it possible for me to reprint it. THIS TIME I WILL LAMINATE IT AND MAKE SEVERAL COPIES!!

I have a friend that is from St. Kitts in the islands. If he thinks it's authentic and delicious, he was right. Thank you Cheryl. ( Use 3 scotch Bonnets!

I enjoyed this because I like to be in the kitchen whipping new things together. It was cool to buy the seasoning whole to toast it and grind. It was much better letting it marinate overnight and this has become a favorite in my house.
