I had never made it before. so I made a go of it with dried thyme and pre-chopped garlic. I also used celery salt and cracked pepper. given the time to rest this was wonderful.I even had leftovers for parmesan toast the next day.

This pork roast marinated in the fridge for about 4 hours then i browned all sides on the stovetop. the roast was cooked on the BBQ covered in tinfoil....this was an excellent moist roast that everyone loved!

I found this recipe while looking for a simple way of prepairing a bone in pork loin roast. It not only is great with that but, can be used on a wide variety of meats and vegetables. Great recipe!!!
