    I found it was very easy and quick to prepare. The taste of the garlic and Thyme was very pleasing taste.

    My family liked this recipe. It is very simple to make and enhances the flavor of pork without disguising it. We peeled off most of the fat prior to searing and did not use a rack. It came out very tender!
