Perhaps a slight pinch of sugar, but a tablespoon? I should have known better. Just awful. Weirdly sweet could work with fruit, maybe, though even that would be fairly odd. But with veggies, I found this sweet dip gross. Draining the yogurt is a great tip, though. Why pay a ton for Greek yogurt when you can make it yourself? Makes a great dip in terms of consistency.

This dip was served at an antique show and with co-workers. When you are asked many times for the recipe, you know it's a good one.
I did make one small change, per the test trial, I reduced the lemon by a third.
Strawberries are wonderful with this dip.
