    I've made this 4 times already and everytime I do I never have leftovers. I always put in more crabmeat, but everything else is as called for. It is rich, but you can't stop eating it once you taste it. Always a winner.

    Used a pre-packaged mexican cheese mix from dairy case that had manchego cheese and a few other types, due to the fact that machego cheese cost more than the crab meat. Added a little more old bay and a little cayenne to add a little bite.

    My brother in law happens to be friends with Pam and she gave this recipe to him a couple of years ago. The 1st time he made this was for Christmas dinner and it was a hit. Although it is very rich this recipe is the BEST!!!! This is a must for any dinner party that you may be having. No one will be disappointed. I promise!!
