My husband and I loved this. It will become a staple in our kitchen. It was so simple to make and the ingredients were already in my kitchen.

What was great about preparing this recipe is that I made the marinara in the morning and all I had to do later was make the pasta and grill the sausage and reheat the sauce. Dinner was ready in 15 minutes.Loved the addition of the ricotta cheese looks wise and taste wise. Next time I will make two batches of the marinara and freeze one.

I have never appreciated the simplicity of a meal of pasta with sauce until I tried this. When I first saw Mary make it, I was sure it would be bland and tasteless. Later that evening, I had nothing to eat so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, IT IS TERRIFIC. The flavor of the sauce is fabulous, I couldn't stop eating. I paired the sauce with angel hair pasta. This is my new best-easy-pasta-dish. Thank you Mary!
