I really loved this recipe! It was delicious! The only problem I had was I didn't cook the sugar and water long enough for the caramel. The caramel turned out a white-ish color but still tasted exactly the same! But this was definitely a keeper!!! Yum!

Unlike our colleagues from New York (ironic all the negative comments are from New York, I actually liked this recipe very much and will use it over and over again. Perhaps not all of us have reached the level of culinary expertise as our friends in New York, but I will say that I am extremely grateful that FN continues to post simple recipes for us beginners.

I really liked this recipe! It was easy and delish. I'll be going back to this recipe over and over again.
Really, people, who cares how many chefs have done a similiar recipe? The chefs of Food Network do it all the time! I've found MANY recipes that The Chefs on this site have done that are on the back of boxes in the gocery store!
I like easy and quick. Frankly, Rachael Ray's recipes lose that element frequently. Give this Chef a break. Dang!

Rachael does have some similar recipes, but I actually like Mary's better in this instance. I loved the combination of the sweet caramel and apples and the salty crunch of the peanuts. So good!
