This was awesome. Just had it for dinner and couldn't stop eating it. I made a little more vinegrette to it. You could also add black beans to this, but the basic recipe is just wonderful. Thanks for a great orzo recipe.

My husband and I really loved this new salad. The flavors bursted in your mouth. We enjoyed warm and cold, both great.

Not so sure what some of the other reviews are talking about but this recipe is awesome! Who doesn't love corn, tomatoes and avocado together? So summery and delicious. Only recommendation would be to skip the sugar all together. Who needs sugar in pasta salad? It is spectacular without it anyways. I make this dish once a week for my family and all types of eaters love it!

Tweaked it a bit but it is basically very good - I added more avacado, used lemon rather than lime (I didn't have a lime. Personally, I liked the sweetness with the vinegar but use less sugar if it is a problem. This salad can be created a number of ways .....A nice summer dish!

My husband just made this. It is cooling now in our fridge. It tasted wonderful warm as he made it. Cannot wait to see how it tastes later this evening when it is served with a steak!

This recipe is not good when you follow it to the T. The dressing was way too sweet. I had to throw it, I'm glad I hadn't put it on the pasta before tasting it.

I will not do it again

I personally would not make this recipe again. I thought it was too sweet. My husband did not enjoy it either. Altough, my parents liked it!

As someone else said, I increased the lime juice, added another avocado, and salted it more at the end, but it is delicious! I can't stop eating it.
