    I've made a lot of roast chicken recipes, and this is by far the best! Even my extremely picky 5 year old will eat this. (luckily chicken is on her EAT list!! :>

    This is now my "Go-To" chicken recipe. I also stuff sage and thyme in the cavity for more flavor. Have now made this over a dozen times...always a success!!

    I tried this recipe after just watching the show, it was easy, inexpensive and turned out beautifully. My husband really enjoyed it and the scent while roasting made the whole house smell wonderful. Thanks ever so much, definitely a keeper recipe!

    It may have been simple to prepare, but it was way too lemony for my tastebuds. I also didn't like the rosemary taste either. Maybe I'm too picky, but I had hoped it would be better.

    I absolutely love lemon-pepper chicken and was never successful finding a recipe. Finally, one that was delicious, moist, lemon-tangy and very easy. Just follow the recipe. I used thyme under the skin and rosemary in the cavity. I added some root vegetables to the pan before roasting. I can't believe "Genious" raving about the recipe and giving it a one star rating.

    Our chicken was 4 1/2 lbs exactly and the hour and 10 minute cooking time just dried it out. It could have come out at least 15 minutes earlier. I think had we cooked it less the flavor would have been nice, but next time I'm checking it at 50 minutes.

    This chicken was moist and so gooooood! It was quite easy to prepare and the free range chicken made the difference. Will definitely be using this recipe again. Love the show!
