OK. I'm going to do something that I can't stand others doing. I'm 'reviewing' without having made the dish but I do promise to make it and leave an honest review. I am desperately searching for the PLATE the meatballs are on. Any body have any tips? Thanks.

Very good! I made them for our Christmas Eve dinner they were a huge hit. I baked until they were cooked about 75% then put them in a crock pot with sauce. I was making 2-3x more and I did not want them to dry out. I also added more brown sugar and adobe sauce to the sauce to enhance the flavors as they finished cooking.

So I thougt these were good and a big hit at the party I brought them to. But I am so glad that I read other reviews prior to making these. I definitely had to add more brown sugar to the sauce, as well as worcestershire, and some of the adobo liquid. These had a pretty good spice level to them. I baked my meatballs also and they came out very moist. I would not recommend using frozen meatballs, but if you were going to, let them simmer in the sauce for a bit to really soak up some flavor. Overall a pretty good crowd pleaser and pretty easy to make.

I made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. They were excellent. Like the previous reviewer, I thought the sauce was a little too thick and ketchup-y, so I added some worchestershire sauce. Next time, I may add some more brown sugar also, like suggested. The worchestershire helped cut down the ketchup flavor. Otherwise they are excellent, great appetizer.

I made these last year for a super bowl party and I have to say that are awesome, the only thing I would change is the sauce is too ketchupy so add a little bit more brown sugar then what this recipe calls for and it will be perfect!....I also did these again this year for Thanksgiving but changed how much onion was in them just toned it down a bit! but over all love this recipe

Delicious, with just a kick of spiciness. These were easy to prepare and re-heated well. YUM!

It was a little too spicy for me. But everybody liked it, they ate it in a flash! I followed the recipe but I added a splash of lemon juice and lime juice, IT REALLY BRINGS OUT ALL THE FLAVORS, if you guys want try it !

I followed the recipe exactly and they are wonderful. I agree with a previous poster, do not use frozen meatballs. Follow the recipe.
