These were great, and I got rave reviews from others. I did use turkey and added an extra egg and they weren't dry at all. The flavor is very good, something a little different. Next time I will make everything and then put in crock pot to simmer in sauce. Will definately be making again!

Great Recipe, we substituted two cups of ketchup for one cup of ketchp and one cup of spicy barbeque sauce. Also added more of the chipotles in the sauce. Very tasty, always a big hit, easy to make.

I served these meatballs - what a success!!! Everyone loved them. Easy to make. I made them as per the recipe. I have a home based business - served them for my covered dished dinner. They were the hit of the dinner! From Nancy - www.all1cart.com - earn 2 to 35% CASH BACK!!!!!

These were great. I thought they could be a little bit more spicy so I doubled the chipolte and adobe sauce added to the meat mixture, then added a little Ellie's hot sauce to the the sauce/glaze at the end. Big hit!

The sauce for this recipe is delicious! I added a little more red pepper flakes and used frozen meatballs (but nobody even noticed. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe!

These meatballs are easy and delicious. You can use them for a sandwich, or for cocktail appetizers. One of the reviewers mentioned using Trader Joe's turkey meatballs...DO NOT DO THAT. The whole idea is to make these wonderful meatballs, not to use a frozen product. I have nothing against Trader Joe's and I shop there monthly, and I actually used these meatballs in another recipe. YUCK!!! I'm making these meatballs again tomorrow for a work potluck.

I made these for a couple of parties and while they are hot and spicy, the men always love them. Will Chic & easy ever be back?

The meatballs were excellent! The only thing I would have done different would have been to add a little more of the chipolte peppers to the recipe.

I made these for an xmas party. While people did eat them, I thought the taste was subpar and that the time effort and money it took to make these was completely wasted. Not Recomended

I made this sauce (not the meatballs for the Super Bowl this year. I added about 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce and 4 cloves of garlic chopped. For the balls, I used two bags of the Trader Joe's turkey meatballs.

Hear me when I say this: every one said they were delicious. Even my brother who said he can't stand the TJ's turkey meatballs, said they were awesome.
