You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) bag reduced fat kettle corn
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt

Directions

Pop the popcorn according to the package directions, and pour it onto a sheet pan. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and chili powder. Add salt, to taste. Toss to combine. Serve warm.

    I added a sprinkling of sea salt just before serving. This was very good. There is none left.

    I shouldn't be surprised that this is the best that FN can do these days, but somehow I am. Does anybody really need a cooking show to tell them how to spice up their popcorn? If they do, Rachael and Giada have already done it. And in Giada's case, at least she knows how to cook.
