I'm not sure why this is listed as intermediate when it is really easy. I didn't have cabbage, coleslaw or radishes so had to improvise with chopped romaine and avocado. The dressing is wonderful and I will definitely plan ahead next time to get bagged coleslaw. This is a great way to use leftover chicken. I used less than half a chicken that I had roasted the night before. If I had used half, the chicken/black bean ratio would have been off. Will definitely add to our recipe rotation.

This was soooo good. Like other people I just used a bag a coleslaw mix and I used dried cilantro instead of fresh. I also used beef broth for the beans (I totally forgot to pick up chicken broth at the store and I wasn't about to go back. Lastly, I roasted my own chicken so I could control the grease and fat. The cabbage mixture mixed with the lime sour cream was absolutely divine. This will be a family favorite for sure!

This is a wonderful combination of flavors. I used it for turkey leftovers, had no cabbage and did have avocado which I diced as topping. It was exceptionally flavorful and very satisfying.

This recipe was excellent! replaced the rotisserie chicken with some plain chicken breasts grilled on the bbq. Also I just used the coleslaw cabbage mix from the supermarket to save on time and no radishes. Lastly, I sprayed the tortillas with some PAM and heated under the broiler instead of frying. This had lots of flavor and was relatively healthy... my favorite was the sour cream mixed with lime, wish I knew about that sooner!

This is all around delicious!!! The cabbage mixture puts it over the top! My son doesn't even like cabbage. I told him it was lettuce and he loved it.

Delicious! I used leftover roast chicken. I also only used shredded cabbage as the vegetable. My picky husband loved it, too! Will make this again.

DELICIOUS!! The prep was a little time consuming but worth the end result. This will become a regular in our home!

This was delicious! I forgot I was eating healthy. Like some of the other reviewers below, I baked the tortillas instead of frying them, and I used chicken breast with a mexican spice rub. I know olive oil has good fats in it, but I still left it out of the dressing and just added a little more lime juice. It was really good and my husband and son are waiting for me to make it again.

This is one of the best recipes ever. It's a fantastic balance of flavors and textures... I make this at least a few times a month. To save time, I used canned organic refried black beans and I add a little Mrs. Renfro's Hot Salsa to loosen it up and add a little extra kick.

I didn't make the dressing for the veggies but they are great just crunchy and fresh. I did put the lime juice in the sour cream and that was a brilliant thing.
