I made these last night after searching for something quick, easy and different to make for supper. They were fabulous! As the other reviewers mentioned, they do take more like 30 minutes to prepare but are well worth it. My husband LOVED them! The cabbage mixture and sour cream are great together--I am not at all a picky eater and I was even unsure of how the cabbage mixture would be. I fried up 2 extra tortillas because I thought that 4 seemed too few (especially with my husband's appetite but 4 was plenty. I was full after one and my husband was more than full after eating two. I will definitely make these again and have even emailed the recipe to family and friends. I highly recommend giving these a try!!

I have made this several times and have yet to make it under 30 minutes. I love to make this for large groups and listen to everyone praise it.

Wow, this is just a great recipe! Although I've made it several times now, I've never come close to 18 minutes, more like 30 (with a lot of shortcuts!!. That said, the flavor of the dressing and the texture of the fresh veggies makes this meal fabulous. I will be making this again and again.

SOOO GOOD! My boyfriend never really says anything about my cooking, but he loved this meal. I couldn't find the adobe chili's so I substituted taco sauce. Will definately be making again. Can't stress enough that it is so good!

I was looking for something new to do with my local grocery's rotisserie chicken (which I love all by itself and found this recipe. This has wonderful flavor and I will make it again. The sour cream with lime juice was a delicious addition, and I plan to use that idea elsewhere.

Took longer than 18 minutes to prepare but may take shorter next time. I used canned refried black beans and added the cumin/chicken broth to these to save time. Used Mojo flavored rotisserie chicken. My family didn't expect how good these tasted! These were excellent! Great, fresh taste with crunch and healthy! My husband and 9 and 11 y/o kids have told me to make these often. First time the kids have eaten cabbage and radishes without complaining and picking them off.

A true hit with my family - flavors were outstanding! The only change I would make next time would be adding another can of beans. The flavors were amazing and the radishes and cabbage gave the dish a wonderful crunch. This is 5-star!!

...that radishes and cabbage would make up a tostada. My husband looked at them hesitantly, but both of us were very surprised. The ingredients really work well and the veggies give it a nice crunch and freshness. My 2 year old son liked the sour cream and lime mixture as well! I'll definitly make these again.

This recipe is wonderful! A nice change from the typical tacos and enchiladas. I also made a vegetarian version with a little water instead of the chicken broth in the black beans, and just omitting the chicken on top, and that was great as well. I will definitely make it again.
