Heat oil in a small wok or saute pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add garlic and saute until translucent. Stir in red pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken and tomatoes and bring to a simmer; simmer for 4 minutes. Add pasta and toss to combine with sauce. Remove from heat and stir in basil. Divide among 2 plates, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve.
