Wow! What a delicious tasty, EASY, flavor-packed punch. I even left off the feta for my husband's portion because he has an aversion to all goat cheese (I ate his portion of feta in addition to mine and he STILL loved it! It's just delicious.

Loved it! I used steak instead of the chicken, and it was delicious! Bought some inexpensive steak and grilled in on the grill. I would use even more Feta!

This recipe was better complimented with pieces of grilled steak. The beef is a better marriage with the hardy mediterranean flavors. A great way to use leftover grilled steak. Lamb would work very well with this also.

We loved this recipie! I am following a South Beach type diet, and I use this as my basic salad for lunch. Made it for a family dinner, and even the picky husband (who drowns everything in Ranch, loved this. He gave some to his buddy who was visiting, he said it was the best salad ever. Lots of flavor!

My husband wanted "Mediterranean" for dinner, so I hit the internet. We opted to try this, and he actually did a lot of the work. Even the kids ate it! The feta in the dressing is really wonderful. We skipped the olives and I couldn't find greek seasoning on short notice. We missed the olives, so next time, we'll be sure we have them. This is a keeper!
