I've made this without the chicken as a side salad twice. The first time was for my family and they all had seconds which is unusual. The second time was for a larger group - about 16 adults. They raved about it, especially the men. Marinating the feta in the dressing adds so much flavor.

This recipe was really dry as written and underseasoned. Needs a better dressing and in greater quantity and maybe seasoning the tomatoes would be good as well.
