I never knew how easy chicken cordon bleu was to make! I love this recipe. I used provolone cheese however and I thought this type of cheese wasn't flavorful enough...for me anyway. And I used hollandaise sauce over the top which my husband loved! Chicken was very tender. I rolled it in stove top stuffing after reading the reviews and that gave it extra flavor. Thank you!

This one was so easy to do anyone could do it. My two daughters loved the way it filled the house with the aroma of chicken and ham. It tasted as good as it smelled. The only change I would do is use skewer instead of tooth picks as they are easier to see and remove before serving and you can shorten the bamboo kind to make them easier to use. This one is a keeper.

This is a great recipe! I made it and drizzled sauce from Rachel Ray (Asiago Cheese Sauce over the top. The chicken stays moist while the middle melts. I added some Italian seasoning to the inside of the chicken before I baked it and breaded it with half panko/half garlic croutons (forgot to buy breadcrumbs. Would make again!!! Yum!

This recipe is a new family favorite! I used chicken thighs instead and it turned out fantastic! The butter in the bottom of the baking dish really adds a lot. This dish is easy enough to make on a weeknight. My kids loved it!

Like John, I too brown the chicken in a little olive oil. You can then remove any toothpicks prior to finishing in the oven.

Tried this on my husband and son last night and it was easy and great. I did make one change, I used Italian bread crumbs and no flower. Everyone really loved it!
