    i didn't have a mallet...so i just sliced the chicken breast as thin as i could get it...and i didn't have any toothpicks so the dipping was a little tricky...but it came out delicious!!! can't wait for the hubby to come home and tell me how good it is...he's gonna think I'm kissing up or something...lol

    Was very quick to make. I used chorizo to stuff. (I know that turns it into another dish Highly recommend the chorizo--Awesome.

    This was my first time making chicken cordon bleu. The recipe was easy enough to follow. I will use this recipe again. The family truely enjoyed it.

    I also added 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese with the breadcrumb mixture. It was a winner in our home.

    This was a very easy meal to prepare. I only worked with what I had available in my kitchen. Recommended plate. Very tasty too. You can also try it with spaghetti sauce.
