    This was a very simple yet terrific tasting recipe. The marinade was just right not overbearing.Will definitely make often.

    We served fajitas for a party recently - and everyone truly raved about this marinade. I didn't flatten the chicken or anything - just used the marinade and cooked the chicken on the grill. It was a perfect combination of flavors.

    I just made the fajitas. I omitted the jalapeno, I didn't have one handy. The flavor was good. Kids enjoyed it too.
