Love Love Love this recipe and the dipping sauce...just used non fat sour cream to save some calories...also, an excellent vegetarian variation is to use black beans instead of chicken. Equally as yummy!

This is an excellent recipe for chicken flautas! My family & I loved it! I used a homemade salsa recipe that I like & used it in this recipe. The avocado cream was perfect with the flautas. I did use 2 avocados instead of just one. Everything was so yummy!

I've made this recipe twice now, and both times the flautas came out delicious. There also very filling; my family and I could only eat about two or three before getting full, even without eating any other side dishes.

I made this recipe without frying the rolled up tortillas. This made for a lighter recipe that surprisingly, still tasted amazing!

I wanted to trim some of the calories by baking instead of frying, and it was delish!! While they didn't come out 'crispy', it was experimental. Because I threw them in the oven with the corn pudding from the same episode for the last 24 minutes.
I sprayed them with 'spray oil'. Everything was done together, and really tasty!!
