I made it last night and it was bomb! I didn't fry em though. I baked em' with some oil. I love the crisp in em. The lime juice in the dish really makes a difference. I love cilantro and lime so it was awesome for me. The cream sauce was also bomb! Thank you for sharing! I love it! Its a keeper.

It was spectacular! My boyfriend and I loved these flautas. I used a homemade salsa and it worked very well with this dish. Thanks Sunny! Keep it coming.

my husband was very pleasantly surprised when i made this last night for dinner. i didn't have the cilantro or lime juice and i had refried beans as a side instead of the avacado dip. this was simply because i didn't want to go out the store. but with what i had in the cupboard - this worked out great!

i cooked up my own chicken and flavored it with the spices and used whole wheat torillas. this was a smash and next time i'd love to try the dip.

    thanks!

My husband and I really enjoyed these tonight. I did make a few changes. I used italian parsley instead of cilantro because I don't really care for cilantro. I also used whole wheat tortillas and they worked out great. The lime in the meat mixture really perked things up and gave it a nice flavor. My husband wished for more cheese even though I used close to 2 cups. The only thing I think I would change is to use less lime in the avocado cream, the lime really dominated the flavor of the dip. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish and will make it again.

Well Andres, if you read the description of this episode it says "Mexico-inspired" not "Real Mexican Food"! There is a difference you know. Anyway, I don't care if it's Real Mexican or not...I just want to know if the food is any good.
