I've never made fried chicken in my life. I used this recipe for the first time for 6 large chicken legs, using my new food processor, and they came out great! I ended up with extra flour, egg and ground cheerios. I seasoned the flour, but it probably would be better to season the cheerios. Evenstill, they came out great!
This recipe really worked to get the chicken crispy . I LOVED IT
Great recipe; however, since I did not have any Cheerios, I substituted Italian Bread Crumbs. Thanks.

Very good, wanted them crispier so I put them in longer.
