Very tasty and super easy to make. Just add a little salt and pepper to taste and it's a perfect meal!

I thought this was very good but thought that there needed to be more of a marsala-y taste. (I tasted more beef broth than I did the wine.
I will definitely make it again, but will probably add a bit more Marsala wine and may add prosciutto as another reviewer suggested.

This is the best chicken marsala recipe. I tripled the recipe and made for a large crowd and everyone loved it. I added prosciutto for an extra salty taste.

This is the best Chicken Marsala recipe! It is easy and delicious...the cooking time is a bit longer than it says and still so quick. It was so full of flavour that neither my husband nor I found the need to add salt or pepper and did increase the mushrooms because you can never have enough mushrooms. Next time I am in Cleveland I will visit my favorite Italian restaurant which is Geraci's and try their Chicken Marsala so I can see how or if mine differs. This will become a regular in our home!

I am a very accomplished cook and just wanted something quick and easy last evening. This was fabulous, and better than any chicken marsala we've had out. The recipe excludes salt and pepper and, of course, you need both. I served with angel hair and a Caesar salad, and garnished the chicken with freshly chopped parsley. This is definitely a keeper.

This is listed with a cook time of 5 minutes which is wrong. No time mentioned for browning the chicken on both sides, but it's at least 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Add to that simmering the marsala, that's another 3 minutes, then the beef stock, 3-5 minutes. This recipe takes at least 15 minutes to cook, and should be edited to reflect that.
