Prep time takes longer than 5min unless your chopping skills are out of this world. I used a rotisserie chicken and added salt and peper. Also used a pie crust on the bottom, it was delicious. I will definetely make this one of my meals I cook often.

This recipe has been great! I used it a lot in winter time especially. However it is time consuming....Give yourself a solid 30 minutes to prep everything before it goes in the oven.

Prep time on this recipe is very misleading. Unless you've competed on Iron Chef, allow at LEAST 30 minutes from start to putting it in the oven. I added a tbsp of chicken base, pepper and sage otherwise it's really bland. Also added 2 tbsp of flour to thicken it up. I used an instant biscuit mix in lieu of the pie crust .. but all in all this was VERY GOOD and I'll be making it again.

Very good recipe, simple as well. THe prep time is over five minutes, more like 15 to 20 but still worth the extra time. Needs a little extra seasoning as well but very tasty. I will be making this again very soon!

I poached my chicken in water with thyme which added flavor. Maybe I misunderstood the simmer and bake times. It needs about an hour at 375. I should have simmered the filling longer b/c it was very runny and does not thincken as it bakes. I even added an extra TB of flour. The tastiest part was the crust. I probably will make it again, just tweak it some.

She asks for it time and time again. A little time consuming, get your husband to chop up the veggies! I make a double crust and add herbs to the crust for a little extra kick!

Seemed pretty thin and bland - next time I'll try making this with half the liquid, some salt and pepper, and maybe some other herbs and more potato as well.
