I need a great peanut satay sauce recipe; I had one which I've lost and recently saw something fairly close on Rachael Ray's show. To zip up (not heat up I have always used gresh ginger, coconut milk (not the sweet, pina colada stuff! and soy, with a touch of hoisan, celantro, and chili flakes. It's mild, but it has a "bite" that works perfectly with chicken or shrimp or meat, whether you grill the meat and baste last few minutes and serve on the side, or do in a skillet. It's wonderful with chicken breast chunks sauteed lightly with green onion and garlic. Or you can place chicken on a the grill---wonderful! I have found that the secret is all in the peanut sauce!
