Served as an appertizer w/ mustard sauce breaded with cornflake crumbs instead of Panko......a keeper everyone asked for the recipe.

We really enjoyed the sweet mustard however, the chicken had waaaaaay too much poultry season on it. I would make it again with just a teaspoon...not a tablespoon.

I loved this recipe, although I did make some changes. I used boneless skinless breasts, regular bread crumbs, and no pickles. The chicken was very tasty and the sauce kicked up the wrap perfectly. I'll definitely make this again.

I used chicken breast (wanted to avoid deboning the chicken. It wasn't overly time consuming to prepare the chicken tenders. I used normal bread crumbs and extra seasoning - I like my chicken very peppery. The chicken tenders tasted fantastic with the sweet mustard. You don't even need to put them in a wrap. Just dip them!

Apparently, you need to add a generous portion of salt or have Sandra's poultry seasoning because my chicken didn't brown and it was very bland. I used all-purpose seasoning. I don't mind deboning a chicken, but in her R2R for oven-baked chicken, Sandra mentions you can have the butcher do all the work. I think I'll do that next time for a better cut. Also, you can save the chicken carcass for stock!

This recipe is a LOT of work. After wrestling with that slimy, gross raw chicken the resulting strips were totally bland and tasteless liek cardboard.

    SKIP THIS ONE!

I'm very pleased with the results of this recipe. I omitted the pickles and cheese and added a little mayo, lettuce, tomato and one leftover packet of honey mustard sauce since I didn't have the ingredients to make the sauce on hand. I'll try the sauce next time. Fast, easy and yummy!

This was very easy to make. We used vegetarian chicken strips, whole grain tortillas and no pickles ---- it tasted great and the sauce is amazing!
