If you are new to gluten free cooking, don't forget to find a gluten free soy sauce. Otherwise a great meal.

My 12 yr old daughter and I made these for our lunch and we both absolutely loved them. Fresh, easy to make and very filling.

We've made this 3 times now! It's so good!!! My whole family loves this recipe. I usually make a little extra, store with wet paper towels and have a perfect lunch the next day! I wish I could give this recipe more than 5 stars.

These were pretty good. I have to say Vietnamese is my FAVORITE, and I often order just spring rolls for a meal. These are a good alternative. You gotta use the fresh herbs though, because in my opinion that is what part of what makes Vietnamese so good. I used shrimp, but you could def. use even leftover pork tenderloin.

Just one word to sum up this recipe: yummy! And the peanut sauce? Delicious! Really good recipe if you want to clean out your fridge.

These are super yummy and for those of us with Celiac we appreciate recipes that are easy AND gluten free. Granted, I used gluten free soy sauce but any recipe I utilize I adjust to my diet needs. Thank you again and please post more!

All the components of this worked great together except the chicken. I used roast chicken leftovers and perhaps there was not enough flavor there. But next time I have leftover steak, or, obviously shrimp, I will likely make these again. All the rest of the ingredients are things I tend to have on hand so its a very convenient and enjoyable use of leftovers.

Been looking for this recipe and I am happy to find it. Just like every one else
be sure to use gluten free soy sauce. I miss my egg rolls and this is a good replacement for when I crave them. as for being a gluten hater, well I don't hate gluten it hates me!

Great recipe. Used mint and a little basil as well. Turned out good. The peanut sauce is just ok, we liked ours dipped in a golden plum sauce. Also good with a splash of soy sauce on each bite.
Might be good with leftover pork tendeloin?
