    My husband is a meat & potatoes kind of guy, any dish put on the table with vegtables always starts off with a minus 10. But he loved this dish. It was so quick and simple to make , looked like it took all day. Perfect for a fall evening and a glass of red. I didnt have the ricotta so I substituted with Boursin. Very nice!!!!
