Special equipment: cocktail skewers or toothpicks

Skewer 3 pineapple chunks onto each cocktail skewer or toothpick and arrange on a plate.

In a small bowl, combine the chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper and mix with a fork. Sprinkle onto all sides of the skewered pineapple chunks and serve.
