So yummy! I am a pretty terrible cook, and my husband generally just tolerates what i cook - but he actually ate 2 of these burgers and raved about how tasty it was! As another reviewer did, I used a premade slaw mix to make things a little easier and mixed that with the dressing. The mayo is delicious, and I don't even like mayo! Definitely worth making!

This is like a party in your mouth!!! I simplified things a bit and used a premade slaw mix, but did the dressing in the recipe. Combine that with the mayo and burger....outstanding!

Hubby and I made this and found it to be delicious, I even had it for lunch cold the next day and it was great. I would recommend cutting the slaw engredients in half and you will have plenty. The burger was juicy with lots of flavors and the sugar allowed for carmalization which was visually pleasing. The slaw and mayo were a great compliment. Everything was well balanced.

I made this recipe but I was not impressed with the flavor. What i liked best was
the slaw with the mayo dressing mixed together only.

This was really good. The burger plus the slaw go together very well. It did require a lot of ingredients (lemongrass, jicama, hoisin, yellow pepper that I do not regularly have on hand, thus required a special trip to the grocery store. Also the chicken mixture was very, very wet and required some finesse...one burger actually fell through the grates on my outdoor grill and was a goner. However, with all that said the taste was still really good and I would make this again...I just know the tricks now.
