    I loved your recipe for the fried dumplings.My sister and I made them with pork,we used a dumpling press so we didn't have to pinch all the ends.But they looked just like yours.Sharon

    4 cups ap flour plus 2 cups water equals a sticky useless mess. The episode glossed over the dough and the web site faked it. Sauce and filling are ok, but anyone could figure that out. The key is the pastry and the recipe provided is useless.

    I made these after I saw the episode of Throwdown. I changed out the duck for pork and they were awesome! i will definatly make these again, even my picky boyfriend loved them!

    I didn't have duck so I made my own filling with pork and shrimp. But, the dough was amazing. Just like in a good Chinese restaurant. Glad I saw the show and tried this, as I will be making again,
