You can create up to five timers

Directions

Beat 1/2 sticks butter, 3/4 cup dark brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until fluffy; beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs. Whisk 2 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt, then stir into the butter mixture. Add 2 cups assorted chips (such as butterscotch, white, mini and/or bittersweet) and chill 30 minutes. Roll into balls and bake 8 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

    It's hard to screw these up. You take chocolate chip cookie dough, made with melted butter and add four different types of chips. There you have it - Chip Mixers. I used white, butterscotch, milk chocolate and bittersweet chips totaling 2 cups and made sure I didn't over-bake them. It's a good cookie with good texture and the different chips add great flavor. Some might argue that numerous flavors of chips get lost in the mix, but it's a nice alternative to the normal chocolate chip cookie. I wouldn't run out and spend the money to buy four different flavors of chips (or three but if you have them, this is a good place to bake them.
