We loved these! The chili was so easy and quick to throw together (I used some precooked bacon that I had and it tasted great. I used regular sized hot dogs and buns which may be why they were so messy to eat. And since I had some extra chipotle, I added some to some ketchup and we dipped our tater tots in it... It was so good, I don't think I will ever be able to eat normal ketchup again!

This is the best meatless chili my family has ever had. The recipe made plenty so I was able to freeze half of it. It was easy to make and took no time at all.

Turned out to be not as quick a recipe as is stated. Spent much longer cooking the chili portion but once that was complete, the rest was simple. And the recipe turned out to be one of the best I have had.

Since I work and like to cook a decent dinner every night, it is great to see a delicious recipe that is simple, inexpensive, quick, and pretty healthy! Definitely one of my new favorites!
