- 12 ounces semisweet dark chocolate
- 3 ounces heavy cream
- 2 ounces Kirsch or cherry brandy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch salt
Melt chocolate in the cream over a double boiler or in a fondue pot then stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with pieces of fresh or dried fruit and pound or angel food cake for dipping.
