Well, I had high hopes for this pie after watching the show..but it was a major disappointment. Most of my guests thought the texture was a bit to gelatin- like. I followed the directions word for word...but it was a disappointment. Will never make it again!!

The gingersnap cookie crust does not go with the chocolate chiffon filling. It does not taste good together. However, the chocolate chiffon is wonderful and this pie would be great if you use a regular pie crust or put the filling in pudding dishes all by itself. I will make this again but not with the gingersnap crust.
