Great dessert cocktail! I agree that its strong, but oh so delicious. I made this for Valentine's day and it went great with Ina's Meringues Chantilly with Roasted Berries. My boyfriend was impressed.

wow, soooooo good !!!
I made a dry run the night before and so glad I did. I had two different size shot glasses and with the large shot glass, they were strong. so at dinner last night and after lots of before dinner drinks and wine with dinner, I decided to go with a smaller shot glass (hence less liquer and it was wonderful. great way to end our Valentine's Day dinner. My husband said he could have just had the drink (very rich, but the dessert brought by our guests was awesome :. So glad she gave us some leftovers. only one addition, added some hershey's syrup to the glasses before drink was poured in, restaurant quality! also added three or four fresh raspberrys to each glass. again, fantastic end to a wonderful dinner. good friends, good conversation and good food.
