Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water and whisk until melted. Remove from heat, and carefully dip the bowl of a teaspoon into the melted chocolate. Allow the excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. The spoon should be evenly coated with a thin layer of chocolate. Place spoon face-up on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow chocolate to harden at room temperature, about 3 hours.
