The taste on the individual components is amazing, but the recipe needs tweaking. The cupcake was dry, crumbly and not usable. For the first time ever, my wife and I had to throw them in the trash. The ganache was too thin and had to be refrigerated overnight to make it stiff enough to pipe. The icing was very thin. The chinese spiced tea drained off the icing and had to be tipped to let it drain out of the bowl. We're not giving up though because the taste of each individual component was outstanding. Will try again today with our own chocolate cupcake and ganache filling, using the same flavoring and see what we come up with. I'll keep you posted
