Super easy to make and a crowd pleaser. Even my chocolate-snobbish husband loved it.

This was a great Chocolate Buttercream Frosting recipe! Only comment: I needed 6 tablespoons of cream (the 3-4 specified was just too stiff.

I found that I had to add more than double the amount of cream for it to be spreadable. Also, was barely enough to cover a 9 inch two layer cake. I had to go too thin on the layer of frosting between the cakes to have enough to cover the outside.

Very easy and tasty. I added one tablespoon of cinnamon and put it on chocolate cupcakes. So good!

I made this frosting and put it on cake I made from a box. This rich frosting gives prefabricated cake a homemade touch. I recommend using Dutch process cocoa for extra flavor.
