Wow, this is a fabulous recipe! It's quite impressive - looks and tastes gourmet! It is very rich, but a small piece satisfy. I added about an extra tablespoon of almonds to cut down the richness a bit. I also continued to store it in the fridge because I felt it held up better and even tasted better cold. It is delicious, and I will definitely be making it for future parties and holidays!

This was the perfect dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was so easy to make and so fun to eat! For those saying it was too sweet.. what do you expect?! It's a dessert! I didn't find it to be too sweet at all. I used milk chocolate chips because I like them better. The only con was that the consistency of the tart for me wasn't like Giada's because I used half and half instead of heavy cream. I can't dock points off because that was my fault.. DO NOT skip out on the heavy cream otherwise you'll end up with a THIN consistency that takes forever to harden (if you could even call it that in the fridge. All in all this was a great dessert and I'll definitely make it again. Thanks Giada!

delicious and easy to make! the only thing i would change when i make it again is to put it in a square pan and cut it up into bite size pieces.

Giada is one of my favorite Chef's! I have loved every recipe of hers I tried. This dessert is no exception. It is fabulous!! So delicious. For added flavor you could also add vanilla extract or almond extract (just a few drops in the crust while mixing & add a bit of liquer (orange or rasberry to the melted chocolate for another added layer of flavor.

My husband said "best thing he had eaten in a long time". I used a little more butter due to the reviews, about 3/4 stick. I also used low fat(every lil bit countshoney graham crackers and I found a bag that was mixed chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Sooo easy to make and tasted as good as I thought it would when I seen it on tv. Definitely will be making this one again!

This is a great treat as long as you know what to expect. It's a really tart that is more like a fudge. After reading the reviews and being prepared for it to come out very sweet, I made it in a square cake pan and after letting it sit overnight, I cut it into bite-size squares, kind of like you would do with fudge. I brought into work and people loved it! It's like a little piece of heaven as long as you don't sit down to eat a whole slice like they portray on the show.

Way too sweet! WOW! I think it would be good cut into tiny squares, topped with a banana or strawberry slice, and served as a mini dessert.

This is incredibly good. I used regular Graham crackers (couldn't find chocolate, added about a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the crust to balance the sweetness of the filling. I also added two tablespoons of Grand Marnier to the cream. Simply put: AMAZING! Great mouthfeel, decadent, and easy to prepare. I won't change a thing from the way I made it as I felt my tweaks were perfect for me and my husband. Goes great with a cup of strong coffee.
