Ingredients
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons malted milk powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Directions
  • Peel and chop banana. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

  • Place frozen yogurt, skim milk, and malted milk powder in a sturdy blender. Puree until smooth. Add frozen banana chunks and continue to puree until smooth. Blend in chocolate syrup until completely mixed. Serve in chilled glasses.
