This was the first time I baked a cupcake that I saw on TV. I tried it for St. Patrick's Day and it has become my "go to" recipe for chocolate cupcakes. Moist, delicious, and I didn't even need a mixer!

These are delicious! I had to use regular cocoa powder, as i couldn't find the dutch processed. Also, i added more Irish Creme to the icing... this is a great cupcake and defenitely a crowd pleaser! I served them at a party, and they were great!

This recipe is really delicious. It's definitely more of an adult cupcake - not because of the ingredients but taste - it's very sophisticated and not too sweet. The Bailey's frosting is what makes the cupcake stand out so much, so do not hesitate to eat frosting this time! Hahah.

I loved them! My guest who doesnt even like cupcakes loved them too! I agree that they do not need to cook as long as stated but I forgot to set my timer so not sure how long I cooked them. It also make a lot of frosting in my opinion and I did add extra Irish cream too, next time I may cut the frosting part in half.

I made these for St. Patrick's day and they were so good! The cupcake by itself doesn't have a lot going on but with the icing it was delicious! I used the full pound of butter for the frosting and added extra irish cream. also they only needed to cook for 20 min, not 27.

Made these for St. Patrick's day! Everyone loved them. The frosting is amazing (I cut the frosting recipe in 1/2 and still had more than enough for 24 cupcakes- used a little extra Baileys as some others have suggested. I topped them with fresh "shamrocks" from my garden as a garnish.

WOW! This may be the best cupcakes I have ever had! They are so moist! The cake is not over sweet and the sweetness of the icing was a perfect compliment. I too added a little more Irish Cream maybe another 2 tablespoons. These were sweet but not completely over the edge!

This were deeeelish!!! I only used 3 sticks of unsalted butter instead of the 4 (lb and added more Irish cream for the frosting and it came out perfect! I will definitely be making these again!!
