SO GOOD! Like some other reviewers I only used 2 sticks of butter and 2 cups powdered sugar for the frosting, and it made plenty. The cupcakes themselves were very easy to make and the end result was soft, fluffy, moist cake with a deep chocolate flavor. Awesome for St. Patrick's Day, or any other day you want a unique twist on your basic chocolate cupcake.

I made 45 mini cupcakes and 12 regular cupcakes with the recipe. For the icing I only used 2 sticks of butter and added more Baileys, still had a ton left over. Will definitely be making more of these!

Super yummy! I don't think you really need to make that much frosting though. I cut the frosting recipe in half and had plenty. I still used the 4 tbs. of irish cream though :

These were delicious! I cut the recipe in half to make only 12 cupcakes and it divided nicely. Really moist cupcakes and oh my goodness that frosting! Why did I never think of Bailey's buttercream before? I will definitely make these again.

Made these for a friend's birthday and they were a huge hit! Super moist and flavorful, sweet but not overly so and the icing was very tasty
