Chef Chloe makes great recipes and these cupcakes did not fail. My favorite were the raspberry tiramisu.

I made these and they were a big hit, I used almond milk instead of coconut milk for allergy reasons and it turned out great. These are my boyfriend's favorite now. i thought they were different, but my tastes are used to rich chocolate, these are nice and light.

A little on the sweet side but the cake part was delicious. The cupcakes were very moist and the fresh strawberries were a great addition.

    jlee2212_12964956,
I think you could leave out the coconut and use soy milk, cow milk,or goat milk

I made these cupcakes and forgot to add baking soda! My husband still ate and loved the taste. I told him later that it was vegan. He couldn't believe it. If i would have told him beforehand, he wouldn't have even tried them. So even with me messing up, these cupcakes were a success. Very moist!

I'm not vegan but these were some of the moistest cupcakes I've ever tried. I made them for my roommates birthday and everyone went nuts. Pretty easy recipe too.

I wasnt super impressed with these to be honest, I mean, they were good, but not enough to urge me to make them again. I guess being on cupcake wars with good reviews I was expecting these to "wow". Though the people I served them too had high reviews, they just werent as great as i thought they'd be. Not bad by any means though.

I absolutely loved these cupcakes. They tasted great, and I loved that I was able to duplicate the professional look of the cupcakes. I felt like a better baker than I am.
