I made this with steaks instead of the lamb and chicken, and it was excellent. My son isn't a big steak eater, but he absolutely loved the sauce.

This was easy and delicious. Leave out the last ingredient, arugula though because it is not part of the recipe. My sauce came out a little watery, but it was probably due to the fact that I didn't measure anything, just guesstimated. This recipe was a real winner. Rachel Ray delivers yet again. I

This recipe is not written as Rachael cooked it on the show. The arugula or greens was actually served as part of the couscous salad. In this dish, she only garnishes with a little basil at the end. Otherwise the sauce is wonderful. I went light on the hot sauce or it would have been way too hot for the kids. I also served this over pork chops and it was a perfect match.

This is simply to counter Michael's complaint about Rachael saying "heads up" too much. Please don't rate a recipe based on anything other than the recipe (like I'm doing now...I know, go figure. If you don't like it or she gets on your nerves...turn-the-channel! I'll be back in a couple of weeks to give a real review of the actual recipe.

I am picky when it comes to chicken breast, but the sauce was very flavorful with just the right amount of "kick". Also nice because it is healthy!!
