Note that the word mozzarella is left out of the ingredient list, I was wondering small curd what??
Also, I found a few shortcuts, like using slices of cheese on a pan and heating them to melt together to skip the boiling water step. I also used only 1/4 of the basil mixture and felt it was too overpowering, but everyone else praised it to high heaven.
