I registered so I could comment on this episode. I use the Food Network recipes often but never write commnets. Just felt I had to say how much I enjoyed the show with Quia today. So sweet!

The show just ended as I finished making the cuc/pineapple salsa (except for the mint--husband at the store picking it up and halibut--excellent even without the mint. Can't wait for summer to serve this menu on the deck. I'm in complete agreement with other reviewers--bring back Quia. She's adorable, impressive in every way. I have to say I don't care for shows bringing on others to cook with the host, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching her cook with Bobby,

What a great recipe, and the young lady was fantastic! Where have you been hiding her?
I watch all of the Next Food Network Star, and she topped all of them. Please bring her back.

I completely agree with the former review. Quia seemed so comfortable with the camera, smart, and willing to learn more. I really hope to see her again. I hope she gets her own show some day. The food looked really great too. I can't wait to try it!

I really enjoyed watching the young lady Quia cook halibut with Bobby. She has a good tv appearance. She spoke well and gave good tips. She did not try to show off on camera. She kept my interest the hold show. She made quite an impression. I am from the south and eat a lot of catfish, but I am tempted to try halibut more.Quia keep cooking, you may one day make it on tv. You were Great.
