I made this for a friend who is used to eating a lot of hearty home cooking. I put a little bread with it and it was such a wonderful meal. I would definitely make this again. It is a good salad to bring to a pot luck.

I loved this salad and my husband REALLY loved it! I added olive oil and some white balsamic vinegar to it but I think I needed to because the artichokes I purchsed did not have a very flavorful liquid. Yummy!

My husband called the salad, "a winner" but I wasn't so convinced. I did like it a lot, but I'm pretty sure that was due to the dressing I used. I fel that the liquid in my artichoke jar just tasted like artichokes, so I used Claire's deliciously garlicky buttermilk ranch on it instead. I suggest you try that recipe instead.

I had most of the ingredients at home so that is why I made it. Rather bland, won't make it again.

This salad was so easy. My husband loved it. The juice as a dressing was wonderful. Great salad to make when friends come over. Will have it again.

This salad obviously has great components but the artichoke marinade did not have enough flavor for a dressing on its own. I would recommend a balsamic vinegar or Italian dressing.

I made this salad one night when my husband and I had another couple over for dinner and it was a perfect, nicely spiced salad. In the beginning, I just used regular salami with white wine, next time I will use one that has a spicer taste to it.
